To receive the benefits of the Naked Mountain club, a commitment of three months is required. Your discounts will begin immediately. If you are unable to keep this commitment, there will be a $40 cancellation fee.
Member account information is stored in a secure database and credit cards are charged monthly. Transactions are processed the first of every month. A valid credit card must be maintained.
All updates to your membership must be received fifteen (15) days prior to the monthly club run. Updates can be made by sending an e-mail to club@nakedmtnwinery.com
or calling 540-364-1609.
Membership is restricted to adults 21 years of age or older. A membership is defined as the person who completed the application and one other designated adult.
Use of Credits
Your Naked Mountain winery credits are yours to spend as you wish. There is no restriction on how they can be applied. Credits remaining as a balance on a transaction will be credited back to the account.
Credits do not have to be used to take advantage of the discounts provided. Any balance due Naked Mountain Winery after the use of credits will either be charged to the credit card on file or may be paid for separately at the time of the transaction.
40% Case Discount
Credits cannot be used to pay any portion of a 40% off case order. This benefit is above and beyond your membership credit commitment.
Shipping Wine
Wine that is shipped will be delivered via UPS for an additional charge. Naked Mountain winery credits can be used to cover this fee. An adult signature is required and three attempts will be made to secure delivery after which time the package will be available for pickup at Naked Mountain Winery.
Membership “Inactive Status”
If your credit card is declined you will be notified via e-mail and via phone. If the credit card is not updated before the next membership run, your Naked Mountain club membership, including all benefits will be made “inactive.” You may request to go inactive only once during your membership
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership by email at club@nakedmtnwinery.com with a fifteen (15) day notice after your three month commitment has been met. If notification is not received, the membership stays active and the membership is continually renewed until notice is given. Any cancellations before you meet your commitment of three months, will incur a $40 cancellation fee.
Once you have requested cancellation, all remaining funds in your member account will be put onto a Naked Mountain Winery gift card, to be used without previous membership discounts. This has no exceptions.
Fun Clause
You must enjoy being a part of our club. You must share these wines with friends and pair them with delicious meals.
If you aren’t having fun, please let us know how we can make the club better! Wine is meant to be enjoyed and those of us who love wine – enjoy life a little more…. we feel.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended terms on our website.
